I think it does that when you make your first posts and might always do it. I posted WTB once after I reached the magic number and it was on hold for a couple of days before they accepted it. Gotta remember the mods are busy folks.
Hey...I don't know....we sometimes have trouble with this. If you can't post after meeting the 30/30 rule to be eligible, I suggest that you directly contact the Forum's Owner, No_1, via PM and explain your problem. He can fix it.
