This 94 has a very short leade and the generous ogive of the (Lee) RD boolit would jam into the rifling. Have seen a couple other older 94's with similar chambers. My 1969 94 vintage has no problems with the RD boolit. Should work great in your Marlin, hope so anyway. RD designed many of his boolits for Marlins. RD changed the designation from 323-170 to 323-180 about the time I bought the mould from him, it's marked 323-170 but drops closer to 180. I call it 170 to keep from confusing myself.;)
