I found a source for Jubilee Kitchen Wax. I can't find a recent thread using it as a replacement for Johnson's Liquid.
Anyone try and/or use it?

Don't think it will work, main ingredient is water. The replacement is Lundmark liquid paste wax. It available online thru Wal-Mart, Amazon or true value dealers.
Check this link towards the 50 page mark they stts th to use Lundmark in place of the Johnsons.

Thanks
Formulas are different but its in the thread. About 1/3 of each with the Lundmark as I recall from my last batch, think the johnsons was 60 alox and 40 Johnson's.
It works !!!!!!!!!!

I suggested the Lundmark wax in the primary thread, based on many, many hours of research. It fit the bill. Then Ben perfected it, again, but there is nothing better than Ben's original formula with the now unobtanium Johnson's product
I used Lundmark. Never had Johnson's since they stopped making it before I caught on. Lundmark works, but I find it dries slower than what is claimed for Johnson's and the mix benefits from assistance with a fan or a hair drier, if you're in a hurry.
thanks, guys. I read some of the thread but had stopped before that point. I'll go back and read it from that point.
Ive been using 60/40 or 45/45/10 with equal success. I just lean towards BLL as its easier. I still have most of a big bottle of JL so im set for quite some time
Thank you Ben for keeping your tumble lube going.
You're VERY welcome !

Guys. I'm in the Anchorage An area. I scored 48 cans of "one step" years ago. If there's any one in Alaska that might need a can..... I can help. 48 cans is enough for a few centuries. Lol

48 cans????? I thought I had a lot at 30 [emoji23]
No one up here had/has a clue about BLL. I wiped out the inventory of home Depot, Lowe's, and and ACE Hardware in a 50 miles radius over a six month span a few years back... Apparently, it was never a high use item in South Central Alaska.... In some cases they clearanced it out cheap..... They were happy I was buying it, but surprised someone would buy cases of it......

I wish I could get hands on at least one can :( I read people still find it. I've been looking for ~ 1.5 years no luck. Going to try Lundmark substitute.
dimaprok I sent you a p.m.
I need to ask: Why did they discontinue the liquid wax?
