If your in the market, may I suggest a SIG 239, recoil is identical, size is same as 238 and more pizzazz than a .380. Just my opinion.

I had a 3x9 Leupold on my .460 Ruger No. 1, swapped it out for a 4x12 VX-1. My buddy has an MGM .460 barrel and he uses a Leupold 3x9, neither of us has had any problems. Spend a bit extra on some real good rings, they will/can slide under recoil....

Were me, I'd find a soul with a lathe, mount it on a face plate, bore and thread it. Fairly straight forward job. It would take a pretty good man to turn a tap that size without the proper equipment.

I picked up a 20" Cowboy couple months ago, new in the box, 850.00.

Remove your entire cartridge lifter and inspect and remove any burrs you come across. Chances are you will find some burrs or dings in the carrier pin. Just remove the burrs, don't change any contour or angles.

If I remember correctly, big lube grooves are for the blackpowder shooters. Most Marlins tend to shoot the lighter bullets better due to their twist. I have one NOE hollowpoint mold, brass in 454-424 and it's an absolute nightmare to use. With the...

You going to love it. I shoot 105 Lee SWC with Promo/RedDot out of .38 Special cases. It's my walk around rifle for Prairie Dogs.

I second the Lee 452-255. If your hunting deer, the NOE 280 grain WFN is tough to beat as well.

I've used their 38-55 brass in my #3 for years. Max load of Reloader 7 (for 220 grain, Lyman book) under a Sierra 200 grain SP. Over a dozen reloads, haven't lost a case yet, no pressure signs.

12 Grains of IMR 4227, Sierra 45 Grain round nose (1110, I think) Always a good performer. Never could make my Bee's work very well with cast, best luck was with 225438 with a gas check and small doses of RD. Share what you come up with, Good luck

I like the new version of the SP101 overall except the sights, but it certainly will benefit from a trigger job, it's pretty bad out of the box. The Blackhawk and the Buckeye Special are great if you can find either at a reasonable price. Nice to...

No apology necessary, it is a will always be a super charged topic. Your girlfriend is correct, it is virtually impossible without outside help. My wife became an EMT after she retired, and even though she can't discuss anything in specifics,...

It doesn't help, that's my point. My brother, my friends and the other people I've known that has succumbed to drug over doses, made a choice and it cost them in the end. I never said it wasn't tragic and it's certainly a horrible way to die, but...

Make that three that feel that way. I lost a very good friend, two od's in rental properties I own, two od's at work and lost a brother at 37. If you take that **** it will in time kill you. Narcan just perpetuates the problem, it solves nothing.

We accumulate our opinions at an age when our understanding is at its weakest. Georg C. Lichtenberg

At what point, then, is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, If it ever reach us it must spring up amongst us; it cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen we must live through all time, or die by suicide. A. Lincoln
