No one likes taxes including me but sales tax is probably the most fair of them all.

My brother is a pro at safety wiring . He does it for a living on helicopters. It looks like a art forum to me.

Red67 I never knew the composition of the thin wall pipe but have remove my fair share of it . Comes from very old house around here, lav drain tub/shower drains is where I find it. I have even taken out old lead drum traps.

I use lead from cast pipe joints all the time.It is free to me because I get paid to replumb houses. It is close to pure lead as you can get. I just add some wheel weights to the mix , with a little 95-5 solder for tin.

Good for you, free lead. I get paid to remove old cast sewer pipes with lead joints or lead water lines it is always great getting paid for lead instead of paying for lead.

One on the left is a water service line, the one on the right looks to me like a lav drain pipe . The one on the left should be about 1-1/4 diameter. Both should be pure lead, the wiped joints on these pipe should contain solder.
