I use a lot of H-322. when I was doing some 30 cal cast load testing I found it needed a filler to shoot it's best. it was very, very good but tended to have velocity variations without the filler. Runfiveslittlegirl done a write up in about...

in hydraulics diameter and length matter a whole bunch. look at how your cars jack or ram on a back hoe works, low pressure high volume on one side and high pressure low volume on the other.

I have very few hodgdon powders on hand. I used to use them a bit more, but get better performance and accuracy out of Accurate and Alliant. I probably wouldn't even miss Hodgdon if they went out of business.

10 is a bit on the faster side probably needs a filler to shoot it's best. RL-7 & 15 are super handy to have around.

it would take me more than 15 minutes to decide what everyone should be carrying. I don't know where I'd be going and there ain't no sense passing everyone coming this direction just to see how bad it is there.

I have a feeling the bulged out brass is from the crimp being set on the Hornady cases, and the Remington brass is longer. this would crumple parts of the case bulging it out.

lots of stuff is molded with sand and cast in. I'd cut some pipe and slip it around the shank and pack the hook in sand to form a bottom, then fill it up.
