Bump - 2 units ready to go. Will be 30 days before any more units are ready after these are sold. Might be longer because of the holidays. I hate waiting on parts. I hate even more when the parts I am sent (after waiting 45 days) are the wrong...

The brackets I make are 4.5 inches wide with the hole for the air cylinder being 2.5 inches from one end. I then use washers to make adjustments to get everything aligned up. Since you have a Mill, I would start out making it around 5 inches wide....

BTW, please note that because of the massive weight of these boolits, and the brass mold, the cycling time is long for this mold. It's the reason one of the guys on the list is buying two molds. While one cools, he's filling the next one. He's smart...

Good suggestion on putting it on a different table. That's exactly how I use mine and find it is super accurate.

Yep. I wouldnt trade mine for nothin'. I use the check weights and if everything is kosher I roll on. Youve probably already figured it out but you can have it automatically start throwing the next charge once you replace the pan and it zeros itself...

Had a chance to finally use the BPM hand press. Needed to load up some 45-70 so I figured it would be a good test. It ran flawlessly. I was a little worried the cases might be hard to FL resize...but a little lube went a long way. I am impressed...

-following I have a 10.5 inch SBR AR. It doesn't cycle the action on 240 grain subs (1050-1100 fps) The Subs are VERY accurate in the AAC Rem #7 16 inch barrel rifle. I no longer have to load for the AAC rifle so I may play around some before...

Post a picture of the inside and I can tell you how to bypass the PID to get the lead hot enough to empty it.

Thanks, well I built electrical panels for 15 years so I got a little experience. I try to label the terminal block so it's easier for the end user (i.e. You) to trouble shoot. Have you made your rear bracket yet?

PID controllers are normally standard sizes 1/8,1/16,1/32 Rarely will you find a odd ball sized one. His is a 1/16 size. You can find a cheap replacement off of eBay and it would arrive in a month or so. But we are talking about replacing...

No. The internal relay doesn't do enough current to do that switching. You existing PID has a internal relay too but its not much current at all Auber = 7 amps @240vac Existing = 1 amp @ 240vac Where do you live? If you lived within a...

yeah it looks right. Most PID controllers that are AC are universal voltage - 85~264VAC/50~60Hz The Auber one I suggested it that way. The ones I provide with my PID setups are also that way. On my Master Caster Automation panels, I use 24vdc...

You might still have a SSR but the model # you list is relay output. Either way, you can be fixed up and back in business for around $50. Your not gonna get much cheaper because my cost from my supplier for a 1/16 DIN is @$35 shipped. I just...
