My question is can this revolver safely shoot (fast enough to stabilize) a Lee 452- 300gr RNFP bullet? What would be a good powder choice? Looks like I need to keep them in the 14,000 PSI range. Titegroup, Red Dot, Unique, 2400?..... Will...

What do your cylinder throats measure? The bullets should be a snug slip fit into them with just finger pressure. Try a thin coat of BLL on top of you PC. Or ever a bit of LLA You may be surprised.....

Copperheads are fairly rare here. We have many times the number of Canebreak (Timber) rattlers and eastern Diamondacks. We also have a very good quota of Cottomounths, too, mostly in the low lying places and the swamps around the river. And BTW,...

Hunting Pastor, I understand your position perfectly, I believe. But what then of those Jews who committed suicide on the Mtn. surrounded by the Romans, who were obviously about to storm the place and kill them, one and all? Did God condemn them...

Here we have a good example of why it's so difficult to discuss theology. Some believe one thing, and are haughty enough to think those who don't believe the same way are wicked or evil, and it's just not so! CHrist encouraged us to read and...

Newboy, indeed, God DID for a few moments, have to turn his face away from Christ while he hung on that old cross. But He's never turned away from me, or anyone I know. We may indeed separate ourselves from the full realization of His wonders, but...

This also reminds me of the way Christ said we had to come "like little children" to get the full benefit of all he so ardently tried to teach us. Children have a marvelous ability to "swallow whole" the things we and others try to teach them. ...

Amen. It's so flagrantly assumptive to think that if God doesn't answer our prayers like we WANT them to be answered, and as quickly as we want, then He's not there at all. What a willful way to see God! He's given us so many things, so many...

God doesn't harden anyone's hearts, though there's no doubt in my mind that he COULD if he wanted to. But he allows hearts to become hardened. I'm not entirely sure which scenario applies to the Pharoah. Remember, the Bible IS a translation, and...

Great post! And it's very true. Where and when we usually fall short, or go astray, is when we're toodling along, nothing much going on around us, no big concerns, etc. Those are the times we most need to be on our guard, for if we're not...
