Alas, for me there is no one answer for just one caliber. Although I do favor the medium and larger calibers the 224 cast boolits are good for canceling the future of garden varmints. I can't pick one and I won't try.

I worked in a cabinet factory once, and things slowed down and I made a deal with the boss to take time off without pay and he would call me back to work when things picked up. I got 3&1/2 weeks off. Ask your boss if you can quit for 3 months draw...

This is what I have found also. This is in my opinion the greatest white tail hunting boolit ever.

The model 34-1 began the M prefix in 1969. With serial number M30xxx your gun could have been made late 1970 or early 1971.

It appears that there are several different types and shapes of firing pins. Looks like I'll have to disassemble it to know which to get. I hope there is not much if any fitting on this.

300 gr. or more 44 or 45 caliber at 1100+fps is a freight train and will kill anything in North America. But you need to be close.

I was shooting my Marlin 336 this morning when after 8 rounds it refused to fire. I noticed a small piece of metal on my shooting bench and no evidence of any firing pin indentation on the primer. Where is the best place to pickup a firing pin?

Just talked to my sister who lives in Jacksonville, Florida and she said there's a little wind and rain, but tomorrow will tell the true story. This isn't her first hurricane.

I smoked one new mold about 35 years ago and had nothing but grief until I cleaned it up real good and it casts great boolits even to this day.

Ohio don't have any hurricanes, what we do have is something more concentrated and short lived without a lot of rain, we have tornados. Tornados can be worse or not as bad as a hurricane, it depends on if you get hit or not. To me, living in...

Grocery stores have horseradish roots you can plant and will produce and reproduce quite well. Don't plant them in an area where they may get hit with a rototiller or disc. Spreading the root throughout the rest of your garden. Don't ask me how I...

I have used gasoline with great success to get rid of yellow jackets. About a quart in the early morning will do it. Pour it down the hole. What ever you do, DO NOT LITE THE GASOLINE gasoline is like Kryptonite to any bee.

Well, ecarfar, let me say this, I reloaded for 39 years and cast boolits for 38 years before I found this site. I though I 'knew it all' but, I soon learned I was pretty much a dummy in regards to the fine points of casting and loading cast...

I have a S&W model 60-15 that has a hammer that has bit more of a down turn than my earlier model 60's. Plus, I have nerve injury to my neck that have left my thumb, pointer and middle fingers partially numb on my right hand. I sometimes sandpaper...
