adding tin to get higher bhn isn't economically feasible. To get to about what air cooled ww is your going to have to go somewhere around 10-1 to 15-1 and at 10 bucks a lb for lead it gets expensive fast. 2 percent tin to pure lead isn't going to...

they both retired as chiefs (E7) at 22 years of service. Both still had kids home and both had to get a second job to get by. 50 percent of an E7s base pay isn't all that great. Figure in they loose there housing allowance and hazard duty pay and...

I can remember the first cast bullets I shot. I had a co worker who casted and he gave me 25 320 grain swcs for the 44 mag. I took them out with some of the hp jacketed stuff I had and was shooting at an old wood stove someone threw in the woods....

I ended up recutting the chamber of one of my 300BLK uppers (I have 2) into a 30 Apache (7.62x45) which is the 223Rem case opened up to 30 caliber. It limits the bullets to 150gr or smaller (I prefer to load it with 110 and 125gr spirepoints but I...

Powder coating will probably prevent leading with that soft alloy but at 44 mag pressures a harder alloy will no doubt outshoot your soft bullets. PC does nothing to offset bullets deforming under pressure.

I own a PA10 and I had to go back and recheck my sizing die setup on my reloads as I was having problems almost the same as you. The bullets would feed in my 308 Bolt rifles but not in the AR. I went back and determined that the PA10's barrel...

Feeler threads are not allowed on the forum. If you are trying to sell it and don't know the price then an auction style sale in the S&S would bring the best price possible. Take care, Robert
