I have found that a ugly looking homemade dipper gets more of the "this guy is completely wacko and is gunna blow him self up" response to a more "Ohh using a dipper like the old times it will sort of work but not accurate and you’d...

Itís a A G Parker sight. The little right hand foot on the A makes it look like a A instead of a P. Could be what Iím looking for. One that goes onto the Rimfire scope groove. Need more picks. The second upload didnít work.

So is your pick handle and ideal type seater just a plugged case with a handle? Or do the you place the bullet in the case mouth and the stem slides in the case to seat it once the case is in the chamber? Does it really matter? Thnx

Maybe a rack like 22lr cases are held in. Then place in tin and add melted lube to correct height. I’ve tried dipping my loaded 310 cases in melted lube. I ended up with more lube on the nose than in the lube groove if I had the bullet hot or a...

I’ll match ‘yer red dot and lower you to 2.5 gns bullseye.(25 yrd load). If you up it to 3.5-4.0 gns you get about cci quiet loads Up to about 6.4 gns your looking at the std or target velocity 22lr. These shoot for me accurately out to 328 yrds.

Mine likes 15.5 a2205 over a 150 or 170 grn pp bullet. Velocity around 1550fps. 4227 /4198 on the burn rate charts. Mild mannered accurate and clean burning. A ss shot 30-30 thou. I find slower powders leave mummies in my bore but can be...

I don’t think ball powders behave themselves in reduced loadings. Bullseye has been my go to powder for this work but have used others as well. I’d stick with your red dot. Scoop and tickle up if needed. I have a habit of having my cases...

I have a 30-30 handi rifle with 1:12 barrell It will do all I really need without making my teeth rattle and does well with low velocity cast loads as well. I like my 310 cadet and it is a hoot to shoot for me. I would like to build a 30-30...

Had some time when I went to town and I thought could get a 3/4’ nut 14 tpi 55^ and enquire about the clips. No nut but  shock I bought 10 C or E clips. At the other place I found a bspp 1/2" pipe coupler to fit. A bit loose but good to...

Modified a 30-30 lee loader I got cheap for parts today. I can size cases down now to seat a bullet. Be better if I could make the mould a thou or two bigger on the base band and the heal 4 thou bigger. They would be a snug fit in the fired...
