    50 yrd group customer simply reported the swaged 230 grain pill shot considerably better then the "as cast" at same distance in his firearm. Take it for what it's worth. Swage on! BT

    I haven't shot the 300BO yet or attempted accuracy at subsonic speeds but I read that the 230 grain cast boolits can be a challenge in the 300BO for both accuracy and expansion. I can only rely what my customer has shared with me...... Lee 230...

    I load 28 also and since my club has a non-toxic requirement with bio wads, well, I can either pay $13/box for factory or load it for less than $5/box.. I opt to load it. I an very interested in any 28 gauge hulls at the moment.
