bbb, I can't answer your question re smokeless powder & conversion cylinders, but I'm certain that Outpost75 can. If he doesn't post a reply, why not send him a PM?

You didn't say what use you had for the ammo cans, but the foreign made cans aren't dented, rusty, or dirty. With a few exceptions, the price is right, and their available. The plastic cans, well they are plastic. Before the repop and plastic...

    Can't help you there, but I have run a 850 out of a 50-70 with a 1:15 twist. 1.5" groups @100yds running 1150-1200fps. Don't see why your idea wouldn't work well

We have had 2 16" barrels with carbine gas, they work just fine for subs and supers as long as you choose the correct boolit/powder combination. We now have an SBR with 10.5" using a pistol gas, all we have really shot in it are subs as we use a...

Thanks badwolf, NOE makes a great mold ! Just got the mold, figured out it's quirks - that chunk of alum and bitty boolets don't seem to mix well - granted I'm used to molds throwing 200+g 45 boolets. I get a few made we'll see how they feed -...

Price - $599 I think it's a good deal as the rifle is surely well made. If I needed one I don't think I'd hesitate. Slap a Vortex scope on it and you'd be off to the races. I just don't need, need being the operative thing, another good...

If it brushes out easily it is likely an antimony wash, common enough experience. If you are getting a lube star your lube is hanging on the full length of the barrel.
