I don't use it for edible game but my Hmong friends love it with FMJ's for edible game. Like any cartridge proper bullet selection is paramount. The 17 grain V-Max are highly explosive the 17 grain hollow points less so and the FMJ's not at all. ...

My experiences with the 17 HMR are somewhat different. I have several all CZ 452's or 453's. I order ammo from Mid-South when it's on sale in 2,000 or 4,000 orders. A case is 2,000 rounds. Primarily used for shooting prairie dogs but I have...

When I grew up in ND everyone had one. It's still legal but they are not common anymore. The reason is they don't work well in the extended cab trucks and that 99% of the trucks in use now. In ND the gun is unloaded as long as there is not a...

OK I will make it really simple. So called journalists knowingly used "unnamed sources" to flat out libel yet they can't be held account for the libel. Eliminate using "unnamed sources" source and the problem goes away. If a journalist accurately...

And that would be the problem. We are a nation of the free press without press accountability. I can say whatever I want yet I am held accountable if it's libel yet the press is not held to the same standards. If I accuse a business competitor of...

Ruger Old Armies only came in one caliber. They all take a .457" round ball or a .454 conical. Blue or SS with adjustable or fixed sights. http://www.rugeroldarmy.com/

Volume reduces costs. If you find someone willing to build 3 or less my guess is you are looking at $300 to $500 each if you are lucky. If you order a 1,000 you should be able to get them for $20 or $30 each

Born and raised in ND. This is the norm when something like this happens. Same happened when my uncle was killed in a auto accident in 1970. That's what neighbors do in rural areas.
