    When steel first came out lots of people reloaded it using standard shotcups. The shot would push thru the pedals and leave grooves starting at the forcing cone. On the ones I have seen it was worse at the chamber end.

    I am not sure how many deer I have killed with a .243 but it is around 50 or 60. Mostly with 100 grain softs points. Never lost one with it and never had to track one over 75 yards. Snow with a crust on it is great for tracking. Fresh fluffy...

Purchased first set of swage dies late in 2008, made over 10,000 bullets with that set threw out 2009. Offered first set of improved swage dies in January of 2010, started BTSniper llc. in late 2011 and have been offering top quality swage dies and products all over the world ever since.

Oregon next to the river
Interests:
Build and fly RC airplanes, tie home made fishing flys, and ofcorse make top quality swage dies.
