I bought one on May 23, 2013. Why do I remember that date? Well my wife and I were directed by the OB-GYB to proceed straight to the hospital so we could have our daughter. What do I do? I go by the local gun store to pick up a pretty nice model 141...

I have had the mold probably 12 or 13 years. It cost me an absolute arm and leg. Thumbing thru some paperwork the other day (I save all of the receipts from my molds) I found where I paid almost $200 for it. Taking a pair of calipers to the mold it...

I have built may benches in the past. Its about mechanical advantage. Basically have a deep bench and put the press behind the level of the front legs as much as possible. The worst possible way to set up a press is to have a narrow base and wide...

Thanks for the comments. Didn't see anything. We have had a guy trespassing on this land. Pretty sure he has messed up hunting here. I didn't see but 2 deer on the game camera for the last 2 weeks. I pulled the card this am on my way in. I have the...

This is a great stand for this rifle. The stand is on the top of a long ridge. Thickets in front of and behind me. 75 ayard shot to my right. About 45 to my left. Lots of crossings. A friend of mine got a 6 point off this stand right after...

Yes sir.... good looking bullet. Shoots pretty good. Haven't whacked anything with it yet but the 629 is in my hands when I am on the stand. It's only a matter of time before I have a report. A friend of mine got a doe with the .41 Mag version. It...

My best friend used my Ruger american rifle last year on a doe at about 75 yards on a doe. Nosler ballistic tip at a little over 2,000 FPS with a pegged out load of 1680. It took 3 hits in the boiler room before she gave up the ghost. The bullets...

Full bore .378 Weatherby magnum loads. Holy friggin' ****! Without the muzzle brake it would squeeze a 25 lb bag of shot out from between me and the gun. I have gotten away from those violent recoiling guns over a concern about a detached retina. I...

When I experience difficulty sizing due to bullets being a little tight I just spray a little Hornady One Shot on them. That is of course, with coated bullets but it should work with lubed bullets as well. It works great.
