I use jacketed in full auto 223, 308 and any subsonic rounds through a suppressor. You do NOT want to shoot lead through a can. No way. No how. So, they both have their place.

Do you know if these are early SAECOs (Carpenteria made) or are they later Redding/SAECOs?

I'd be happy to except the cat knocked my digital camera off the sideboard and snapped the lens right off the body. It is off for repair. If it is THAT important, I can borrow someone's digital camera and do my best.

Both. It is actually considered a target gun (9 shot with adjustable sights) and by all accounts (I have not fired this one nor would I) they are very accurate. I'd love to shoot it with 22 shorts but I'll leave that to someone else.

One of the reasons I like the 123 and 124 chassis cars is there are few electronics on them. As for the wiring, if it weren't for the mouse nest and the chewed wiring it would be fine. Just went though the wiring thing but it was due to the mice,...

I have a bizarre interest in what they call "hardware store" shotguns. There are guns made by old double makers like Crescent Arms for sale in catalogs, hardware store, and mail order. They typically were made pre WW2 for "the trade". I am...

I have 5 gallon buckets of 38, 9mm, 380, 44 mag, 357, 223 (3 of those) and 308 brass. I STILL pick through the brass buckets at the range and pick up loose brass. I am a hopeless brass junkie. My name is Donald and I am a hoarder.
