    I love mine, and it does PC well! Feeds well, hits hard, groups well: what's not to like?? As NavyVet says, I add a DRY ingot when my pot level lowers enough to safely accept it and just keep on casting the with LEE 6-banger with no problem. Plonk...

    For .30-06 HUNTING boolits I cast the Lyman 31141 of 50/50 alloy and air cool then PC with Smoke's John Deere GREEN, GC with Hornadys, and size in a LEE push-through die @ .311. YMMV.

    At startup with the LEE pot at max heat, I have always just dipped the molds' corners in the molten lead until they don't 'freeze' the melt and start casting all cavs. After a few cycles you can turn the heat down to save electricity. YMMV.
