In any .30 cal. I've tried it in, from .32-20 to .303 Brit or '06, the little LEE flat-nose on 5.0grs. of Red Dot is more effective on suitable targets than any .22 rimfire out to about 100 yds., quiet and quite accurate. I bored out the GC base...

My #5's never 'wandered', and the one I now have has shot as accurately as desired for well over a decade. I am convinced that the whole thing is a myth generated by those ordnance officers wanting to equip the troops with a semi-auto. FN was lavish...

I shoot the 225415 with 8 grns of 2400 and it fairly destroys jackrabbits. I've tried some lighter loads of Unique and Blue Dot and they just make a clean hole. The 8 grns and 225415 is akin to a bomb. Not for hunting food unless you like bits of...

The Keith Psalm Elmer Keith is my master. I shall not flinch. He leadeth me to larger calibers. He suggesteth hotter hand loads. Yea, thought I load with 2400, I fear not failure For my S&W is with me. Recessed chambers comfort me.I hunt...
