Springfield M-1903 Style T, Heavy Barrel target rifle, .30-’06. The Style T ’03 rifle is quite rare, only 100 were ever made by Springfield Armory in 1929-32.

I like both the heart and liver but I would not grind liver and add to hamburger. Hearts no issue but the taste and color of liver is not a good mix with hamburger in my opinion. Liver is reserved to liver and onions at my house.

I have never used the RCBS PP swager so I don't know if this is even possible to create issues with 30 cal cases. With the Dillon 600 Super Swager on 223 cases the inside support is small enough that if you over swage the pocket you can collapse...

It is the seller's obligation to get it to you undamaged. If he wants to charge you more for insurance, that is his prerogative, but he is responsible until it hits your doorstep (gently).

I started casting in 1968 with Lyman 4 cavity for 45 Colt and 45/70. My most used molds are H&G 10, 8 or 6 cavity with a close second to my brass 4 cavity. The older Lyman's that I own cast on size or larger. The newer ones are on size or under. ...

My bet is its caused by your crimp. Easy to test. Try some before and after your crimp.

When you send payment you specify you want insurance and how much and yes if it's not part of the deal you have to pay extra. I have ordered around a 100 firearms mostly through GB. Two have had shipping damage.

That time was a catch-22 situation for me. During the start of the panic I maybe had 20 rounds of 35 Rem brass as a range pickup but I had nothing chambered in 35 Rem. Because of the ammo and brass shortage I picked up a couple of 35 Rems cheap...

My dad's hunting buddy had a couple go off in the magazine on a Winchester Model 71. That was in the 60's and I was only 7 or 8 years old at the time but remember looking are the results with my dad.

Just food for thought. Checkering a backstrap on a SA may not be the greatest idea. In the 70's I had a set of SA grips that was checkered on the backstrap. It was a 45 Colt but in a Blackhawk. With heavier loads the checkering would take the...

I would be surprised if the backstrap material is heat treated. My guess is it's a low carbon steel so Nitre bluing temps will not adversely affect it.
