    Run your test again with jacketed bullets... I use Hornady 225 grain.... If the projectiles are the problem, that comparison should reveal it.... Could be the fake can is not centered, and gas pressure is skewing your shots...

    Heat it up, should be fine, I once to save room put a few of the small bottles into a larger bottle and after using it I didn't put the screw top lid back on; put it into a pot of near boiling water for about 3 mins and was back in business!

    Not for rifle with Dillon funnels... they are "female" funnels; the case neck inserts into the funnel and the fit is close enough that the powder hole always aligns properly on the case. If you put a 243 neck in an oversize funnel, you may loose...

    Leupold is never a bad choice but my last few scopes have been from the weaver kaspa line and one is the 4-12x40 on a 8mm and I'll tell you it's a great deal; lot of glass for the money! Repeatable clicks, via grid tests, very sharp clear glass good...

    My test was very similar to yours only different bullets 125 grain speed hps and 125 grain Barnes with h110 and 296 and lillgun I was very happy with the groups out to 100! I didn't chrono them but I will next time, I've having a blast with this...
