Smithnframe, making offers to buy in the open forum is a violation of the rules and will get you an infraction. Please don't do it.

That looks like the real thing, made exactly like then brass rotors. The steel rotors are scarce, careful cleaning may reveal a scribed number.

The shellholders are marked with a number. There were some for sale very recently on eBay that were made from SAECO shellholders. They might still be there.

Your press has seen plenty of use, it has been repainted so it looks nice. Originally the turret was red and the base and slide were black, thus the name Red Head. The numbers on the shaft indicate 1951 build year and the number count to that...

This one has been on my bucket list for some time. I found a 95% condition Savage/Springfield Model 120 this morning at Scheels in Mankato. Better yet, the price was the same as the over abused barn rifles that I had been seeing. These little...

Herterís Rifleman press is superior for reloading 30-06 match ammunition. Cases are prepped using the GLH primer pocket brush followed with trimming on the Herterís case trimmer then case mouth deburring with the GLH deburring tool. Powder is...

I love them, every one I had. Original XP 221, Savage Striker 22-250 with a custom aluminum rail stock, Striker 243 and 223, Weatherby 7-08 that was very painful to shoot due to poor stock design, a muzzle break cured that. Sadly they are all...

I stopped by Cabela's Saturday and a Remington 514 single shot 22 followed me home. Box of ammo, new soft case and rifle for a Ben Franklin. It's in good shape though I will refinish the stock and polish the metal but not re-blue it. It's a good...

I have a real sweetie working the window at my Post Office. Like the time I tried to mail 9 empty large peanut butter jars to a board member to use for boolit storage. She got out her tape measure and check the length and width then announced it...

Petrol and Powder mentions the steel link arms. In a conversation with Buzz Huntington some years ago I mentioned that I had nearly all the RCBS presses, he asked if I had a press with steel link arms and I said no. So he told me the story of the...

I stopped by the Owattona Cabelas Saturday to see what was new. I found a Remington 514 that needed a new home. Walked over to the 22 rimfire shelf and the choices was really slim, one box of Federal and lots of Remington Golden BB's. Not much...

Wayne, are you thinking of the Herter's shellholders? Lyman, Texan and a few others used the set screw to secure the shellholder. RCBS used a set screw on the A series presses. And they made a solid shellholder for them, though finding one...

This is what I mean about high priced 45 Colt's. I picked up this same Super Blackhawk, 10.5 Inch from Cabela's in Owattona in November for $450, used with custom grips. In February the same store has a 45 Colt, 7.5 in Blackhawk listed for...

First, is it a real Hollywood? Redding, C-H, RCBS, Dunbar all made that style shellholder. Most of the real Hollywood's were not marked for caliber. If you can post a picture of yours we should be able to sort this out.

A Blackhawk 45 Colt is on my need to get list, I have several hundred rounds of reloads to use up. Problem is they are selling for $900-$1000 in this part of Minnesota. 357 and 44's are going for half that.
