I used to shoot a 32h&r for ihmsa big bore. Loaded with a 210 gr. Bore rider, it would take the rams no problem and was super accurate. These little guns are just fun!

I'm with the diameter believers. My Browning 92 and Marlin 1894 are both miserable with .430" bullets. But load them with .433" ones, especially if they are paper patched, at full pressure and they are incredibly accurate. Palm sized groups at 200m...

I've got a 12 bore rifle, 1:100 twist. Shoots a .715" ball over 200gr. FFg at almost 1500 fps. Recoil isn't a issue, less than a 308 bolt gun. Shoots cloverleaf groups at 100 yds. Great fun!

Don't use pyrodex. Then you'll have to completely disassemble your revolver to clean it and make sure it doesn't rust. Any 3f black powder will work, brand doesn't matter. On the one bored straight through, it probably needs a heeled bullet. Measure...

Sure, works great as long as you have fast enough twist. 1:10 will stabilize a 240gr. Cast bullet. I use Trailboss powder and load them to 950-1000 fps to keep it quiet. Super accurate, like a giant pellet gun.

If you can find a better press I'd recommend it. But that one won't have any problems opening the necks to 6mm.

Cool. This is what i envision as well except my front will be pinned. When the rear sight is resting on the first raise , i can view what i think of as a good sight picture. JB welding a piece on the back of the slider is a good idea. Thanks
