RedlegEd: Not ignoring you.....working on a demo of the concept.....within my limitation of using materials and tools that I have in my "quarantine garage" Boy I wish I had a 3d printer! :) Which one did you buy? And what software did you find...

You make some good points. The zerk won't be useful to a loader who doesn't care about taking care of his press, yet, it'll still last a lifetime.....but....if you do use it, the tolerances will not erode and it'll last three lifetimes with no wear...

RedlegEd: That seems a shame to make it half efficient. There are other ways to reorient bullets besides using a MBF style ramp.....one is using a method similar to what I'm using in my latest Rifle bullet "shaker" collator. (I wanted that one to...

For .223 and .308, I like to deprime off my press and then use a wet tumbler for bling, for sure if it's LC brass. The I prep it on a Trim Mate. Using deprimed brass means I can remove the expander rod out of my sizer. So in station 2, I can...

Depends on whether the powder funnel has a single-step sizer on the bottom or a two-step sizer. The point to an M die is to size a 1/16" deep step on the brass to the size of the bullet....so the bullet will drop that 1/16" into the case and no...

I think the Lee Classic Cast is a fine press.....but I wouldn't replace my Rock Chucker with it. The Lee Classic Cast the lightest by far of any cast iron O frames, it only has a 4 " opening for a 5.45" long cartridge. Not only that, the Lee is...

No more option for priming on the press...but i think few used that feature anyway on the Rock Chucker. I'd like to have one for the primer ejection simplicity and the taller clearance, but I've dealt with the primers on the floor problem on my R....

I use a Co2 bottle...it's maybe 36" tall, 10" around....so it doesn't take much space at the end of my bench.....and it's quiet. (no motors) Clean DRY air. A tank will last a long long time if you use it just to clean your progressive. ;) I...
