Haven't tried 3031 in a long time. I never had the best accuracy with cast bullet lower/middle range loads in several cartridges except the 45-70. Works quite well with top end loads though. Just doesn't meter through throwers well so I seldom...

overseas we used to secure loose knife/machete handles by stuffing the hole in the handle full of plastic bag pieces, heating up the handle, and pressing it into the hole. the plastic would melt then become solid.

Single shots are no threat to the state, which will come by to collect your high-caliber magazine guns or tax them, so Joe Biden will let you keep them as long as you vote Democrat. I want my single-shot to be an M79!

The .415 front band fits Beretta choke. The .425 base is bore diameter behind choke. THE HB is not needed to fit bore. Solid base resists base deformation and prevents wad extrusion into shirt. Shuttle cock shape is form stable and resists yaw.

Tom Ellis at Accurate molds just added a .410 "air rifle pellet" design to his catalog. My friend Giorgio in Italy designed this to fit the Beretta garden guns. It has a solid base instead of a hollow base to avoid wads blowing into the skirt or...

A .410 full choke barrel will pin-out from .390-.400 at the muzzle, whereas typical barrel bore diameters ahead of the chamber forcing cone vary from .420-.430 depending upon country of manufacture. My Beretta folding Garden Gun has a .395 choke...
