noe usually sends you a punch with the mold. I have never used anything but star sizers so it took me a while to figure out what the little doohickey was in the box with his molds.

I shoot naked lead in my 8-9 twist rifles in the 2800 fps area with no drama and groups only slightly larger than jacketed bullets. they do what I need for zero extra dollar outlay. it isn't hard to shoot lead fast you just have to quit buying...

I shake with BB's, pour into a metal pan to sift the bb's out, then stand all of mine up. one tray will hold about 500 boolits and the other about 400 boolits. that's about all the oven will handle too. I use nitrile gloves to stand them up with....

usually just a twist of the rod will stop it. but you can clamp some vise grips on the stem while your using it, that usually does the trick.

you got lead there. it might have a little something else in it but it's probably a 6-7 on the BHN scale.

put the old measurer on them. I have had a case or two that took some handle pressure to size but not enough to put a ring on the case.

some lubes tend to hold up bettor in storage over time. they are generally the more waxy types. having said that I have buckets full of both way's some lube/sized and some just cast. you/I/we probably don't need 2 buckets of lube sized boolits so...

I think I would rather fill from the top rather than the bottom. your grain amount and muzzle speed isn't too out of kilter suggesting the powder isn't slow enough to need a kicker charge. I'd drop a grain and a half and try a grain and a half of...

those should still work. but the powder coat should flow and smooth out at about 350-f then have a wet look as it cooks and not change that look/color until it starts to harden as it cools. you might want to check your ovens temperature. and...

if your cases are too clean they will stick on the flair/powder through dies especially on the Dillon's. I just swipe my left hand on the funnel every 4-5 rounds. it has a little lube on the fingers from handling the boolits. for rifles when...

that is true.^^ my 041 easily makes 311 but it ain't a new one. I size mine to 310 but only 2 of my rifles will shoot it worth beans. one really likes it and the other tolerates it, probably because of the load I'm using behind it.

lots of cases make pretty good bullets for other calibers with some up/down manipulation. 380's are fairly close for 375 bullets, 5.7 brass can be made into 30-31 cal rifle bullets, the new 17 Winchester rim fire is almost spot on for 270/7mm...

I finally updated my deer rifle to the 30-06. I figured I better get with the times and quit using the 7x57 now that the Mule deer have finally spoke with their white tail cousins and got bullet proof. the Elk haven't figured out how to do that...

you can just buy the dies right here from BT Sniper. a 180gr 358 cal boolit for a core and an annealed 40 short and weak case and you get a 44 mag bullet. flat point-hollow point you can even notch the nose to look just like an XTP. I shoot them...

the 9's I have seem to do just fine sized to 358. an alloy similar to 1% Tin and 3% antimony is just about right for target type loads. I drop it in water from the mold and use it in my rifles. if I needed harder for a hand gun I'd drop them in...
