in hydraulics diameter and length matter a whole bunch. look at how your cars jack or ram on a back hoe works, low pressure high volume on one side and high pressure low volume on the other.

I have very few hodgdon powders on hand. I used to use them a bit more, but get better performance and accuracy out of Accurate and Alliant. I probably wouldn't even miss Hodgdon if they went out of business.

10 is a bit on the faster side probably needs a filler to shoot it's best. RL-7 & 15 are super handy to have around.

the first shot is repairing the lube left in the barrel. about 3/4 of the way through the lube quest thread you'll see where we identify the problem and name it. we spent quite a bit of time working on the solution, but anything containing wax...

I like BPI too. I spend too much time surfing through their website looking at stuff I want to buy. Magma engineering and Dillon are usually really good at answering the phone within a few rings too.

it would take me more than 15 minutes to decide what everyone should be carrying. I don't know where I'd be going and there ain't no sense passing everyone coming this direction just to see how bad it is there.

Is anyone else having Chat issues now? Firefox updated on me, and they no longer support Java. I tried upgrading Java to the latest, and it's a no-go even in Safari. I just upgraded to the latest OS and I'm still out of luck for chat.

I have a feeling the bulged out brass is from the crimp being set on the Hornady cases, and the Remington brass is longer. this would crumple parts of the case bulging it out.

I'm using AA-4100 under the varmageddon it's prettydarnclose to 2400. I'd maybe look at it for the AR's if H-110 is burning a bit dirty. under the 100-165 cast I'm using Data-9 powder. when I done the load work ups for the AR I used 4227, I...

well those dead soft Hornady swaged target 38's contain 5% antimony. I'd bet your roll was an order they made for jacket cores. you'll see lots of range scrap stuff for sale it generally has a BHN of about 10. a 10 bhn is about 2% antimony and...

lots of stuff is molded with sand and cast in. I'd cut some pipe and slip it around the shank and pack the hook in sand to form a bottom, then fill it up.

IMO. in a bolt gun it is a neat little round, that is easy to work with and is very flexible. in a semi-auto you need to do some homework on gas tube length and become limited somewhat in what you can do. I have a couple of the bolt gun versions...

measure the run out on some of them. I like to use 2 seating dies on the progressive presses, or turn the round as I seat in stages on the 0-frames. the case tipping as it goes into your die on the 650 can cause some crooked.

the 10 holds like 3-4 more pellets than the 12 in most sizes. 2 oz's of 6 shot is 2 oz's of 6 shot. I started using 3" wads in my 3-1/2" shells and stacking gas seals below them, the 3-1/2 has a higher pressure window so I could ramp things up if...
