I believe many people truly agree. I do not nor do I see any value to that coin face. Children have a vacuous appetite for time and money. Neither of which am I willing to share with anyone other than my wife. Knowing this about myself is the top...

Over the years I have encountered several different calibers of brass with no markings. Nothing, nada. We all see the military brass that usually lacks caliber designation but Iím talking about brass with NO headstamp whatsoever. Who, what, &...

Definitely a dump picker here. Iíve found magazines, knives even a scope once. Lots of rifle brass still in the factory box right before hunting season. Hunters checking zero are so thoughtful. They shoot high dollar ammo, and put the brass neatly...

I stand all mine up. No coating on the base means nothing. Inconsistent coats on the side does. Plus, if I’m spending my time to load something it will look flawless when I’m done or I’ll melt and recast. Anal & OCD? Maybe, but I only load to...

For the record I ain’t 100% city folk. I lived the first 20 years of my life on 60 acres of woods and apple orchards. Since my incarceration in this suburbian supermax prison I’ve grown increasingly restless and filled with malcontent.

Something else to be considered besides the softer steels of shotgun receivers is the firing pin. Shotgun often have larger firing pins that protrude more than rifles. You can find yourself in a position where you get pierced primers. Also, if the...

Too much crimp maybe? Since it headspaces off the case mouth, if you have too much crimp you can run into this. I did when I first started loading.
