    The service velocity of the 215gn Mk6 was 2000f/s driven by around 30 to 31 gn of cordite....H4895 is pretty good approximation,IMR3031 is I think,an equivalent for the early cordite,grain for grain.Pressure was 19 tons/in2.

    I use a bit of bent rod in a battery drill....problem with food mixers is if they are used for anything else.If they are only used for lube ,you could store them in a heavy plastic bag.....Ive found its a lot better to machine stir lube at a colder...

    1 in 16 is standard pistol twist.....a rifle would be much better off with something around 1/26 .or even a bit slower as 320 gr is about as heavy as anyone would go in a short pistol case.

    There is a case pusher /ejector in the front of the bolt that has a lot of spring pressure tending to open the bolt ,and so open the lever a bit,releasing the pin.............check to see if the spring is frozen or broken........Also the flat hammer...

    With advanced micro tig welding ,there is no need to bush .....just get the welder to build up the bolt face around the hole with something like 312 stainless........dont go too hard ,or the pin hole will be difficult to clean out.
