You will like it! I shoot mostly special loads through mine. (Skeeter load) I have also run a few true magnums through it. I did change the grips to the X frame grip and it made the shooting of Magnums a lot more pleasant! Enjoy your new shooter!

Nicely done! Sometimes we over think a project but you came to your senses and did a good job. Speaking of the pan. A couple of years ago I found a project scale at a local pawn shop (505). Missing the pan. No Biggie! Just ordered up a replacement...

I started with a Redding (50+ years ago) and it is still my go to scale. About 5 years ago I found a RCBS 505 in a junk box at a local pawn shop. Parts missing but it was only $5 bucks. I found the missing parts (Pan & hanger) and have about $25...

Binky replied to a thread ???? about brownings in Factory Rifles
I am not going to tell you not to buy the rifle. They are high quality, well made and will last most of 3 or 4 lifetimes. My question is this: Unless you are planning an Alaska Big Bear hunt or a trip to Africa,, Why would you want to subject...

When I was a young man and moving away from my parents home(for the last time--yes there were previous attempts) I had moved into a small 1 bedroom apt. and my "reloading room" was the walk-in pantry. I went to the local steel yard and had them cut...
