I remember the Herter's cans. They were around in the mid 60s when I started to load. (and Herter's was nearby) and I think I have seen the Bonanza can. (maybe sold through Gopher Shooter's Supply) Thanks for sharing all the cool stuff you find!

Depends on how cheap they and U are. I have bought many sets of used dies (and sold some too) and had good luck. The pins are cheap. You can get a 5 pack for 3 or 4 bucks and they will probably last forever. Or do like many of us and deprime with...

I find that every thing that I have with the Lee brand on it works. Some, extremely well (deprimer die(best I have ever used), bullet moulds, ect.) Most were serviceable (dies (some required a little finish work and deburing), presses, lead...

You should be able to get a replacement res. for it. But I would wait till it was in hand. I bought mine in the late 60s. My first measure (box says it cost $14.50) bought a Redding scale at the same time (same price). I left powder in it and after...

Binky replied to a thread Rossi Lever on way! in Leverguns
I have a 44mag in a rifle and a 357 in a SRC. Both shoot well with cast or jacketed. I owned a Browning in 44 but had to sell a few years ago. I bought the rifle to replace it and later the SRC, just because. The Rifle beats the snot out of me and...

Nice touch! Looks good and practical. Getting down to fish under the bench is easy. Getting back up again - Not so much!

Almost everybody collects something. You just have to find someone that collects what you got. I have lots of stuff that is collectable. I just need to find the right person. (before I kick off and someone throws it in the dump)

1973 - 1981 Another attempt by S&W to be all things to Law Enforcement (and to some extent to everybody else). Decent ammo but not great. One of the many items that Smith (offered/ required) sold to stocking dealer so that the dealer would be...

Binky replied to a thread Primers....LOL in Reloading Equipment
Really the answer to a problem that didn't exist. I loaded many thousands of primers, by hand, on the old Spartan, before buying a set of primer tubes (and later a used RCBS bench mounted machine) You just have to remember that you shouldn't pickup...
