Rockrat I have a .357mag Handi rifle and it had me considering it. I have seen just barrels go for 4-500$ this last year. Get the whole gun for barrel price, that is win win in my book.

I have the Allen company slip on one. If I had perty wood stock I would have to go leather. But since I am using cheap synthetic stocks. I go with the cheap holder. I have had it for several years now.

Sat morning I woke up, made my coffee, fed the dog, lit 2 candles and put TE Ford on. So I am sitting there, saying good morning to him. And I say something like " Lord I don't have any fancy words, I can't carry a tune in a bucket. But you know...

I have several Allen slip on ammo holders on my H&R Handi rifles. And I made a leather holder for my Win 94AE that holds 9 in leather loops. Plus it has a sling with 6 more nice tight holders. With a tube full and all those, that should be...

I got some wooden crates on sale at Michael's and glued a little black board placard to it. The placard has the type of lead that crate contains. I only have CWW, Range scrap, and soft lead. I have a couple hundred pounds of each.

Ebay is about your best bet. Saw a .357max there a couple of days ago. Keep searching gunbroker also. They are getting significantly harder to find as those who like them hang on to them. http://www.gunbroker.com/item/715230810

Well I just went from 15 to 16. .45 colt handi rifle barrel. As to enjoy, I enjoy loading all of them, but some tend to be either more fun to shoot or more trouble free to load. Have to admit loading 200 .45colt rounds did not take me long...

I don't stick mine in the pot anymore. I sent the end of the mold (closed) on the rim and slope it at maybe 75 degree angle. Then pour maybe 3 ladle's full down the bottom to warm the mold. Then start pouring. It will take a pour or 2 to warm...

Not sure if this helps, but I have bought lead from both RedRiver and theCaptain. Both are very good to deal with with IMO reasonable prices. TheCaptain normally has an active thread with lead for sale.

Webmonkey nailed it IMO. Buy a new box for the Taurus, keep them marked and separated. They should fire form to fit.

Magtech brass runs around a buck a piece. .444marlin brass can run higher than that. .303 british works but takes some work. I had to spin them, thin down the rim a bit. But then fireformed they work fine. As to dies, I don't try to resize...

I built my M16 from pieces. Wide selection of parts and relatively easy from inexpensive parts. I pieced together a highly accurate 6.5 Grendel with Brownells assembly instructions. I built a light weight hunting rig. That wood furniture looks nice.

I have a fistful of the H&R Handi's in both rifle and shotgun. But they don't make those anymore. On the plus side I recently found a brand new .45 colt handi barrel here for what I thought was a reasonable price. I have looked hard at the...

I sit on the fence between 1 and 2. Which way I lean depends on the application. I will never spend more for optics than I did for the gun. 1/3 to 1/4 of gun price is my target. That means that I have Simmon's 4x12x40 scopes on my Handi...

Mine dates back to about 1972. Shot it with iron sights for 20 years and then the eyes would just not keep up. Put a Bushnell 3x9x40 full size deer rifle scope on it and she really hit the mark for a couple more decades. Still have her, keep her...
