I indeed baptize you with water…but He…will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. MATTHEW 3:11 Have I ever come to the point in my life where I can say, “I indeed…but He…”? Until that moment comes, I will never know what the baptism of the...

Not much about Curry but did find this info on other forums: "The Curry rifle was made by G. W. (George) Curry, a gunsmith who had a shop in San Angelo, Texas from the early 50's through the early '80's when he retired." "George was most noted for...

Clarification, I do not want tumble lube grooves on the buckbuster slug, only smooth sided. It is a cool idea on the full bore slug though.

I consider position sensitivity and extreme spread to be two different issues, although one can effect the other. A 327 federal most certainly can work great loaded to 32 long levels. It's not hard to do at all. 45 colt is supposed to be light...

I already have 3 full bore diameter shotgun slug molds, plus a full bore diameter round ball, so I have no interest in another as I said. I am only interested in the buckbuster copy, with a .080" base wall plug. That said, I am kind of intrigued...

The commercial slugs in 2 3/4" & 3" that I shoot are the same specs, just more spacers. They are the same velocity & recoil.

.3575" or .358" are the ideal size bullets for that gun. Assuming you are running about a 158 grain bullet, 900 to 1000 fps is a light load, you could get away with straight lead if you wanted, 11 bhn is great.

Now 327 federal is something I can help with. First my own opinions of ES are always changing. I do not worry about SD, although I often mention it, as my chrony calculates it for me. I am ok with wider ES than many rifle shooters are. 60-70 fps is...

That's a rather broad question. I can't imagine the pirate looking pistols with no real grip, and no sights to speak of are any good for hunting. On the other end is the target style pistols like the TC scout pistol. At 50 yards my 54 caliber scout...
