Good to hear. I really didn’t understand it myself Till I watched the video and then decided to take it apart “my way” instead of completely. I figured you’d be able to do it pretty quick. I’m gonna have to mess around with my browning 800 express...

I've sent an email to those two, plus Ruger for the past four years, about once a year. Both Talo, and especially Lipsey seems quite excited for the idea, and have been wanting Ruger to introduce one as well. I feel we will see one sooner or later....

No real tech info, but I shot a deer with the LBC sabot slug and Longshot. Temp was around 30 degrees. Longshot will work just fine. Any reason you can't use your 7/8 oz lee slugs?

No, side cutters will not work well. Flush cutters are what to buy.

You are dropping into 115 degree water? I use ice water. The most I ever water dropped at once was around 400. That amount never melted the snow I had dumped in. No bucket I've used has ever had a melted spot on the bottom. Also everybody's...

I'm sure it's possible, but I've never seen it. I've sized my share of unlubed bullets, although always only a .001" or .002".

I actually just bought my first old army. Mine came with the Ruger nipple wrench, as well as I had another one from TOTW. Both are garbage, I don't understand how anyone ever used them. A 3/16" socket would work, but a 3/16" nut driver is the cats...

I'm won't say it wont work, as I have not tried it. Being a ball powder, it doesn't seem appropriate for such a low density loading. It's the same reason you won't see H110 used for rifle.

I believe the key is to adjusting the second stage screw first and then watching where your sears touch in that open little window in the trigger housing and get them to the point where they’re just barely touching each other. I removed all the...

If you can get that for three to $400 you’re stealing it! Good luck but keep us posted. I have a limited edition model 7600 Remington carbine. You’d be lucky to find one to begin with and if so I bet you it would be no less than 1200 bucks on up...

This is just my opinion, but I wouldn't discount the 480 on power alone. The 480 is run up to 48,000 psi, not a gentle giant. While the 454 Casull can run up to 60,000 psi, and often surpasses the 480 ruger on paper, most loadings I see for the 454...

Not AA#9. I wouldn't mess with that. Bluedot and AA 1680 work very well. Bluedot is just like 2400, just a little faster. 1680 is more like IMR 4227, and may work better with a filler. Larry would be the one to know. It's likely IMR blue would work,...

It's pretty simple. A towel can't damage a bullet. A deep bucket full of hardened, sharp edged bullets does.
