Placement is key, no results can be garunteed by anything smaller them 20mm or 50 bmg. This is the time of year the fat layer is the thickest on deer, its very common for them to be self sealing blood tanks when hit. Even a 243 with 100 grain...

I believe 12-7-1941 will not be forgotten by any American, but I believe that it is not considered worthwhile to teach about in the modern socialist school systems here in America. The machinations that caused world war one and two are being...

Are you one of the fellows who got surprised after shooting nothing but 110 grain 357 magnum in a scandium frame jframe that you got a loosened frame? barrel manufacturing technology was good for black powder then, smokeless powder needed a lot...

governmental attitude with hunting as just a money making Ponzi scheme, Ponzi scheme hunting regulations and fine systems, glamourizing of professional "hunters" on tv and in magazines kills the ability to get joy out of it.

"basically the same" is somewhat similar to the reloadings world of one "red neck" telling another "yall come watch this now". I would say if it was made for black powder, keep it at black powder. May be smellier but in the long run it could be a...

if I recall, the official reason savage stopped production was low sales, and that the breech plugs had a rather short life span. In the past I saw 20-30 shots per breech plug before the threads were to shot for safety reasons. Also the fact...
