I use Recluses 45/45/10 quite a bit, and pan lube the others. Regardless, I will look for a source for that carnauba wax "flakes" to try this sometime in the future. Thanks for sharing your adaptation! :)

I have had a LEM grinder for some time ( maybe 7-8 years) & am very satisfied. { IIRC, it is a 1/2 HP but may be a 3/4. Need to go down in the basement to look.} Of course, like anything else, there will be others who offer other types & sizes. I...

Very ingenious, and a great example of making do with what ya have. My Dad(RIP), a mechanical engineer that grew up as a kid in the "Hoover days"/Great Depression would be very pleased to see it, as I am! Thanks for sharing the pics! :) ...

9MM has a tapered case. the biggest mistake people make is over crimping the case and downsizing the boolits. Don't crimp any hard than it takes to keep the boolit from moving when you push the cartridge against your bench. pull a crimped...

Put the pressure on E-bay Lee precision had nothing to do with this. They've ALWAYS been nice to me over the years. In the future, you'll find that item are usually cheaper on Amazon, they have free return shipping and better customer service.

I've heard of people drilling all the way through, taping both sides and using a longer screw. So far I haven't had to do that. I Always start filling the 6 cavity mold on the pivot end, I feel this will put less pressure on the screw by not...
