    Seems to me 16+1 lead/tin is approaching this hardness. At least, when I have cast 16+1, the weight is close to my 9+1 ww/lino. my 9+1 is estimated to be +- : 94.5% lead 4.5% Antimony 1% tin beltfed/arnie

    I made some out of grade 8 bolts for my "M" die. I put a nut with an Allen lock screw on it that way I can use the same die body with several different expanders (also do the same for compression dies).

    For load data, you can sesrch for the 500 Wyoming express. The case capacity is the same. You can load it anyway you want or what your pain threshold will allow. :) I load mine with either a 400 or 440 and use imr4227. Im down at hunting camp...

    I have ran 10 gns of WC820 in a 30-30 with good results for a plinking load. 14gns in a 30-06 with the RD165(lubed with 45-45-10) gave this nice group For max charges in a 454, especially in cold weather, needed a mag primer to light it off....
