OK, 4 pages in I have to ask, what constitutes the "NEW" Loadmaster? At Titan I've read of the updates to the 2018 Pro 1000 being an index pin and primers exiting thru the ram, but nothing in the way of up-grades to the Load Master... So what are...

Thanks for reading my post and commenting on it. Certainly NOT tongue-in-cheek... I've never seen a Pro 1000 listed separately without dies/powder-measure/shell-plate at Titan....

The Lee Pro 1000s are sold/marketed/setup for one caliber, come with everything needed to load that caliber, and even has a case feeder  You don't even need a scale when using the included Auto Disc powder measure, but it is recommended for...

This^ and a 3' piece of clear vinyl tubing slipped over the sizing die arched to the bench instead of that red Lee cup, will deposit the sized bullets in a container on the bench. No stopping to empty anything. just another way...

Yea, I found these 1/4" steel plates locally($4 ea.), with a hole in each corner, bought one for each press because they all had different bolt patterns. I cut off one corner so the rear hole was the farthest away from the bench/press edge. I...

Check out this Dillon thread... http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?352237-Dillon-550-vs-650 You won't see any Lee owners trolling there...know why? We don't do it, Threads like this one tend to grow my ignore list.

Thanx for the recognition, I didn't think anyone read my posts... I only do pistol and simply put a de-primed case in the top washer, bring down the de-prime pin, find/push it thru the primer hole for alignment, and clamp the stacked wooden blocks...

I kind of do that...on my drill press 2 fender washers bolted to a block of wood, with the top one drilled out to the case rim diameter. Lower block has big cavity for used primers No sliding cases into a shell plate slot and you can feel a...

I suggest you take a look at the Pro 1000 too. Either way watch the setup vids here: https://leeprecision.com/help-videos.html  Edit: Commonly known by Pro 1000 owners is priming issues are related to the index adjustment, and is...

Thanx  Pics/vids @ that link are "old" design... Index pin is new, I have 2 RCBS older 5 stations, one with an index pin, one without and don't see any difference in operation. On the Pro 1000 most primer problems seem to be from an out of...

I mix the OMS with NuFinish in a small prescription bottle, add it to the walnut media, and run it for a few minutes before adding the brass to my vibe tumblers. Hydrating the walnut media with odorless mineral spirits (OMS) cleans the primer...

To me the Lee throws look to be designed to work well with the powder thru expander that's included in Lee die sets. Whereas the Hornady/RCBS are more of an adaption of measures designed many years ago into an "automatic" powder drop through what...

I was introduced to the Lee drops when I bought a Pro1000 for 45acp. On both a Piggyback and Ammomaster Auto, I have replaced the RCBS powder drops with Lee Auto Disc/Auto Drum measures, and the RCBS drops are on a shelf gathering dust. Both...
