The turret crew needs to think hard about the Dillon concept. The 550B & 650 have a head that swaps in seconds. If one sticks to the same case rims there's no need to change shellholder. I've had Lee turret, Lyman single stage turret, CH 3 & 4...

Kev, There's a reason your Papaw was into Browning oil. Been using it for decades. NO gumming, or varnish. It will stay with a blue finish for up to a year if not in excessive humidity. There is still some problem from finger prints but a lot less....

Yeah, it helps to make a quick spreadsheet & figure the value of what you take, then add assorted gooodies & cool stuff you don't need but others will. Check the value of put in. then add till it's about 120-150% of the take. Isn't that part of the...

I see there's a lot of math & stats here, impressive. Also impressive is the result of 6 410 shells from a Governor. Three perhaps four holes at 7-10 yards in a dinner plate for every hammer drop. Lots of terminal energy, not for long range.

Rp, Thanks on the repacks, I didn't need any 45s, got a box full of the old GI cardboards. But the others are rather handy, the 32 & 40S&W work fine. The fold up of the 223 is a little odd, but they hold ammo properly, so who cares?
