I bought 6 bottles or so of Prima-V and have been using it in 9mms. Meters nice, burns decently clean and was cheap. I'd buy more of it.

hc18flyer, how long is Bellm making the freebore and what are you going to use as your max chamber pressure? Is that IMR 4227? I have the RCBS 35-200 and the NOE 360-228 molds although I've not used IMR4227 with them. Once you get your barrel...

Didn't think the center feed 22-250 mags would fit in a standard magwell? You can get the 22-250 bolt and extension from OLY http://www.olyarms.com/shop/diy-worskshop/22-250-parts.html for non center feed a standard carrier will work. I used...

It'll at least give you some practice turning internal threads. Some guys will thread in reverse away from the headstock on the far side of the bore with the tool upside down. I just thread it like normal and lay out a very generous relief groove...

Well, for what it's worth the load in mine was 4.0gr W231 and a Lee 124gr at 1.169col which comes in at 19,494 psi on the QuickLoad guess. With a SAAMI max pressure of 35,000 psi mine was just over half of the allowable pressure and it still bulged...

How in the heck did they do that? Lifter jam and they just beat it out with a hammer? The barrel support is missing in that pic. Generally the receivers get refinished when the mag tube is replaced. They're brazed in there using a jig to keep...

Unless you just like making a mess, just shoot them. You'll get a little bit less case shrinkage if you expand them up first. If you don't want to expand them up with a Lyman "M" die expander, trim to max case length knowing that when they expand...
