I use Recluses 45/45/10 quite a bit, and pan lube the others. Regardless, I will look for a source for that carnauba wax "flakes" to try this sometime in the future. Thanks for sharing your adaptation! :)

I haven't any idea why everyone has a problem with cast in 9mm. I've been casting for it with several different molds and loading 9mm's since '69. I've shot my loads (thousands of them) out of many different 9mm handguns, subguns and a couple...

Loctite is a temporary solution, due to the heating and cooling cycles it doesn't hold very long. As previously said you have to be 100% sure you have the right tension before it sets up or :(:(:(

The 9mm cylinder can be rechambered to .38 S&W if you want a smaller case to use for light Cowboy loads. Manson makes the reamer .380 Rook Rifle (using .38 S&W case) Rev. 11/17, chamber very similar to Ruger India Model Police Service Six. ...

I stole it from Frank Marshall, but he's buried at Arlington and won't mind if you use it.

What OP is seeking is something akin to the old British .380 Long rook rifle and revolver cartridge: https://plimking.com/making-380-revolver-ammo-for-an-ancient-bulldog-pistol/

Those who are Christís have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. GALATIANS 5:24 The natural life itself is not sinful. But we must abandon sin, having nothing to do with it in any way whatsoever. Sin belongs to hell and to the devil....

Your mileage may vary, but I have not had favorable results at ranges over 50-yards, with large meplat bullets more than 0.8 of the bullet diameter in subsonic loads, as are required in the .455 Webley, Auto Rim, .44 Special, etc. Perhaps in...

I have had a LEM grinder for some time ( maybe 7-8 years) & am very satisfied. { IIRC, it is a 1/2 HP but may be a 3/4. Need to go down in the basement to look.} Of course, like anything else, there will be others who offer other types & sizes. I...

It does depend upon accurately measured bullet hardness, actual sizing die dimensions and brass wall thickness as well as the die state of cold working or anneal of the brass to be reloaded. Once-fired brass is MUCH more forgiving. As one who...

The expectation of getting 2" groups with a lever action of handgun caliber at 100 yards simply is NOT realistic. Two inches at 50 yards is. And that is about what factory loads will do when fired from the industrial test barrel and Universal...

A soft lead bullet of 10 BHN or less, forced into a FL sized case which is only flared, will reduce bullet diameter as the bullet is seated, so that it no longer fits the cylinder throats, but will be undersized. You can determine if this is...

My old Colt Series 70 with FF III on it. I might mill the top of the slide eventually for the FF III. That will lower the sight about 3/8".
