Well, I've learned through experience that TITEGROUP has to be emptied out of the Measure as soon as you're done with that loading session. I don't even leave it in from 10pm until 8am to start loading again. I empty the Measure, then take it out...

roysha, The measure is not throwing random charges. The brass shavings that are dislodged from the Expander die are already in the case when it goes up into the Powder Measure. The difference in thrown charges are a result of random amounts...

I would call back and complain, if they wouldn't swap out a new correctly made gun, that worked right, straight out of the box. I would send a LETTER & PICTURE to every gun mag & every website out there. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I've had that LEE WC mold for 30+yrs. Cast of 20/1 over 6.0grs of UNIQUE, makes a light, accurate & pleasant load. Every time I see one on flea-bay, I always get out bid.

Extractor's mostly, sometimes the lifter jammed, or even broke off completely. Sometimes the barrel wouldn't reseat after being removed. Had one that the buttstock split 6 inches from the tang. And more broken off safeties then I could count.
