I have the LEE clone and it works just fine. Great boolits and not a lot of cost. I'm happy with the Lee. I also have both Sierra and Hornady J-word bullets...they also both work fine...and I'm not paying near the price for bullet you are. I...

worst I've ever shot wasn't because of recoil...but because I couldn't hit anything with it. It was a Ruger 94 40 cal. I couldn't hit the barn if I was locked inside. I sold it to a friend who had great accuracy with it...then purchased my 22-250...

Very nice...I got 350 lbs when a printer went out of business.....I asked how much he wanted for it....he said 10 cents a pound. It was 1000 miles away but I made the time to get it. I feel like you...its a lifetime supply and its a wonderful...

I kinda do the same thing. I setup my casting equipment on the cast iron table top of my table saw. I set the molds on the cast iron table top between castings. redhawk

Very good information, Bazoo. Thanx for taking the time do do it. I wonder if it's repeatable. I don't shoot 30-30 enough to attempt a duplication of the data. A second test would really make this quantifiable. redhawk

Give it a try...wash the cases good afterwards and report back. Never heard of it myself...but I'd try it if I could find it. redhawk

Here's what I'd do. Wet a patch with Kroil and run it through the barrel and leave it sit 24 hours. Clean with your favorite bore cleaner, then patch dry. Now do the 24 hour soak with Kroil again. Clean with cleaner/dry patch. Then use JB Bore...

I've had nothing but great things to say about Ruger's service too. I purchased a used Redhawk 44Mag back in '92. Its a 1983 model. I had a problem with light hammer strikes so I contacted Ruger. They had me send it in. They replaced all...

Nothing real special...I had a friend give me a Lyman .498 round ball single cavity and about 12 lbs of pure lead roof sheathing. I'll either cast some .498" for the muzzy...or run them through the .430 sizer for some light 44 Mag/Spl loads. ...
