Send me a pm if you don’t work something out with Divil, I have a Redding set that I’d part with.

You thinking about the “golden rule” from Matthew 7:12 and Luke 6:31? Maybe go back and take another look. Your thread title and the content of your post are contradictory, I find it confusing. I’ve heard folks say “well if he’s nice to me I’ll...

I really don’t think you want to invest in good chinking if you aren’t gonna skin those logs. The best chinking in the world won’t keep the bark from separating from the logs. Bugs love to live under the bark too. But I’ve never built one myself,...

If you want to keep saving SPP 45acp brass until you get a very full MFRB I’ll swap with you for LPP 45acp brass. I’ve even sorted out most of the junkier headstamps, deprimed and wet tumbled it.

I used one for the first time this past week, cleaned some older reloading dies with hornady ultrasonic gun cleaner and they came out great. Just google the brand and model number, but my guess is that the dentist had a pretty nice one. One...

Probably should have included the usual disclaimer, I know these guys from satisfied customers and speaking with them at the local gun shows, but I have no financial interest in the company or in any potential purchase that anyone may choose to make.

That would be a bummer. It’s a pretty small shop, wouldn’t surprise me if they don’t update their online pricing as often as they should. How big was the bump?

Oh, an apologies if my earlier post offended. I understand having to make use of what you have at hand. In the future just soaking it with wd40 will be sufficient for at least several days, dump it in an ammo can and toss the gun parts in, close the...

The peanut oil became cloudy because something in the wd40, probably the mineral oil but maybe some of the Alkanes, cause the oil to polymerize. Not sure if the peanut oil caused the mineral oil to polymerize or the other way around. If you’ve got...

If you really want to know what’s being done google shaken and stir protocol. The problem isn’t the phone companies and it isn’t the utilities commissions, and it sure as hell isn’t because Consolidated bought Fairpoint. Nonetheless, the phone...

This has got to be a joke. Peanut oil to be followed by naval jelly or vinegar and wire brushing, come on. Stop doing all this stuff. Order some bronze wool and use it with a light oil to scrub the rusty areas. Once you’ve removed most of it...

My FA is all metal except for the plastic bushings, the rubber o-ring, the clear plastic cup, and the paint. Maybe it has changed.

I’ve used the FA one for tens of thousands of rounds. I removed the little plastic cup and just point it at a bucket. Little spring in the handle eventually broke, but I’m sure I could get a new one if I wanted. I do suggest wearing a glove and be...

Thanks guys, it’s working out of my flawed system. FWIW, I don’t see this as a higher power encouraging him to be dishonest for his own benefit at my cost, no matter how slight, it seems to me that he’s taking matters into his own hands rather than...

If it won’t break loose with heat try sticking it in the freezer for a few days, or maybe drop a piece of dry ice on top of it.
