If it is a revolver or single shot pistol, in a .32 caliber, one could make snakshot or ratshot shells too. ref One could do it for the .32 Auto as well, but coming up with a frangible...

I do not see anything wrong with carrying a .32 anything for self defense. The 22'sget iffy, but even those rimfires are still useful for self defense too. Most people do not want to get shot. Having to go to the hospital and try to explain to the...

Yeah the .32 auto and even the .25 auto ammo can be hard to find sometimes. Fortunately, our local Cabelas, Bass Pro, Academy and Walmart have the stuff in stock. But not a lot of choices for different types to choose from though. Some of the better...

Well it is the weekend. I bet that the guys who do have them and shoot them are all out hunting or at the range. It might be Monday before someone can see your post and reply. I always wanted a 500 S&W, so you are a lucky guy, Congratulatons. ...

Yeah, the thing about AR's is they breed and you wind up with several.

Years ago I had my rifle chambered for the 22-250AI and it turned out to be really good. You can use the .220 Swift load data for the 22-250AI as they have the same case capacity. I was able to put ten shots into one hole at 100 yards fairly...

My example worked good, no real problems at all. Mine had a rather grungy trigger so I upgraded the trigger group after a while. But it works with everything I fired through it.

I had put an ATI stock on my Chinese M43 Mosin a while back. The stock fit nicely too. I need to get the bolt handle bent. But since I have a scope mount that replaces the rear sight, I could simply use a long eye relief scope instead. But it does...

Nice going. I found that my 4595 is a good shooter too. But I haven't tried going farther than 100 yards with it.

I think that a revolver made to chamber the 7.62x25 rounds would be great. I don't know why but the little .32 handguns just pull on me to buy more of them. Something about them just appeals to many people.

They likely made more handguns that fired the 7.62x25 cartridge than all of the others combined. With a hollow point bullet or lead soft point bullet it might have been a game changer. The standard FMJ bullet could easily penetrate most bullet proof...

Although the 7-08 is a great cartridge, I vote for the .308 Win too. You can easily find .308 ammo at most any store that sells ammo. The 7-08 not so much. So for ease of use and its general purpose capability the .308 Win wins.

About Earlwb
I started hunting and using guns when I was about 10yoa. I have been doing it ever since, sometimes with a hiatus for a while though. I first got into reloading when I was 16yoa with a 7.65 Argentine Mauser and a 12 ga shotgun. I really enjoyed that too. I do have quite a few bullet molds that I have acquired over the years and I cast many bullets myself to be used.
