My concern was the safety lever on the Beretta 92 needs to be pushed upwards to release the safety, which is the exact opposite of the Taurus PT92 and the 1911. I want my pistols to work in the same manner. I really don't care about the decocker or...

The Taurus PT92 has a frame mounted safety/decoder that works perfectly and doesn’t require a different movement of the safety from the 1911 to work as you might think. I like to be able to work my handguns in the same manner so I won’t make a...

I wasn't aware that Lee made a tumble lube 158 grain RNFP mold for 38/357 caliber. Lee makes a standard lube groove mold in that design. Is that what you are referring to? Lee also makes tumble lube 158 grain SWC and Round nose designs.

So if earthern lead is such an issue, where does lead come from in the first place and how have people for millennia survived with such poisonous material?

If Hornady, some will include a flat seating stem. Otherwise, you'll need to modify the seating stem. I've been known to fill the seating stem with epoxy and shaping as needed

No average distance at all. Most shots are under 200 yards but my range goes out to 300 And I can shoot on my power lines up to 600 (practice from a wooden bench). Reason I’m looking is cause I find the light rifles interesting. Plus I wouldn’t...

looks good. Chute 'em. Wrinkling is most always due to the lead "freezing" as it is poured into a cold mold, so pre-heat the mold and speed up and don't take time to cull/admire while casting. Minor imperfections won't cause any noticeable...

Used to sell Husky saws and according to their reps, use 40:1 conventional oil or 50:1 in the full synthetic xp oil. Just passing that along, I just have a 15 year old rancher, but my dad has had a couple of the smaller xp saws and they are awsome...

I currently own 3 Taurus PT92 pistols in 9mm. They all run flawlessly. The only thing I dislike about them is the depth of the rifling in the barrel. It is a bit too shallow to grip cast boolits well so accuracy with cast is an iffy proposition....

I have good results with cfe pistol and hs-6 in hipoint. With bluedot and a lee 200 rf I got right at 1300 fps, but spreads were wide and I had a lot of unburned residue. A sensible load of HS-6 will get right at 1200 with better accuracy and...

Blue loctite would work if you want to remove it down the line. Red if you don’t. Consider adding a few wraps of fishing line if the threads are poorly done and there is slop.
