More details of the method used still needed. Powder coating should only be applied once. My guess would be powder coat not adhered properly to the lead (flakes off, fails smash test) or undersized rounds. Did you size them prior to PC'ing?

I have been following that procedure for several years and never had a problem, but all of a sudden it doesn't work. I get a screen saying download failed, regardless of image size.

*shrug* when i first started carrying, having it loaded/condition 0 felt weird for awhile. I got over it. My CCW choices don't feature a safety so it's either loaded or not. Ruger LCP, LC9S pro, and M&P 40 (woo new holster!). My car gun is...

The coating is acting as a jacket and my purpose for the 22-250 test was to see at what point the PC would fail. A number of individuals have fired 30 caliber rounds in excess of 2800 FPS with no leading.
