I learned that all shot shell hulls are not the same diameter internally. and that not all wads are the same diameter externally and they might even be larger in the middle than at the gas seal. this can be good and or bad depending on the hull...

Tomme beat me. 43-44 for 125's and 42 for 150's I have used both I and H type for both loads and usually do well depending on the powder at that point in time.

For standard pressure, not +P with the powders you list, 2.8 grains of TiteGroup, Red Dot or Bullseye, not to exceed 3 grains. 3 grains of Green Dot or 3.5 of Unique. Blue Dot in my experience doesn't ignite and burn uniformly in standard...

Probably... But maybe not... If you already have the dies, try them and you might get lucky. Depends on whose .32 S&W dies you have and whether they are for .32 S&W or S&W LONG, there is a difference.

nope it's just a coating. I shoot a CZ-75b and use the alloy I mentioned above. I size to 358. get a good lube groove design or a slick sided boolit and skip the LEE T/L designs.

it's the round shooting into the chamber and hitting the end where the case mouth goes. I'm thinking you can smack the back of the pistol and chamber the round. and it doesn't happen every time. throating probably wouldn't help that, it doesn't...

an old cookie sheet, an electrical box, or the bottom off another coffee can will work until you get a saw blade. if you were near me I'd drop a couple of blades off to you.

I use the porta band. for lino pigs I use a hatchet and 2 2x4's. I notch the flat corners then flip it over and whack it on the point with the back of the hatchet, it snaps right off. then I just toss the pieces in the pot and make ingots out...

My Army & Navy was originally a .255 but had a badly pitted bore. John Taylor relined and rechambered it to .32 S&W Long and Lucas Geiger did the exterior restoration after the relining was done.

get all of that lead you can, and keep on getting it for as long as you can get it. one continuous source of same lead alloy is a godsend. it simplifies everything because you can then figure out what you need to make your house blend. a good...

it ain't necessary if all you want is the powder coat to harden. I figure I could get a basket and cook like 50 boolits with a mark or two on them, or I can take 20 minutes and stand up 400 boolits and have them nice and smooth. or I can pour...
