    You could try forming by neck sizing the trimmed cases with a 45 LC die. Works for me with a bit of trial and error. Then fireform. Afterwards the neck die is all that is needed to reload.

    I would not be at all concerned about too much pressure using reformed 24 ga CBC cases w/ black powder. I don't think I would use em with smokeless loads. Btw, Accurate does have MH loading data on their website, for A5744 powder. Handloader...
