During various panics their front page would state how long their backlog was before they even processed the order. Never ordered anything during panics.

Remington put a lot of 10 twist barrels on the 260's. A 10 twist is too slow for 140's and 9 is marginal. I believe the VLS was a 9 twist but should have been 8 twist.

What powder? Real black I would not clean, however, Pyrodex would get cleaned ASAP.

The 6.5 Creedmoor was introduced in 2008. The 26 Nosler was introduced in 2014. The 6.5 Creedmoor was designed specifically NRA HighPower shooting. It had limited general popularity and it would still have limited popularity had it not be...

Back when I was shooting Bullseye with a 45ACP I did test different crimps on my cast loads for accuracy. .468" on the 45 worked best for me. If I remember correctly that is about .004 total crimp. I have never tested any of my 9mm.

You can repair that stock by drilling a hole in between those sections and installing a wood dowel or even all thread and using epoxy to bond it together solid.
