    Starline Brass? load it 2x to Russian factory Velocity & throw it away, & that IS EXPENSIVE, more so than the time to make it out of 5.56 mm, but then maybe Starline has improved the quality recently, a throated Tokarev loaded with lee 90 gr. s.w.c....
